keeping size, loosing fat

for the people who have abs now who used to have fat around the belly button not the people who have had abs their whole life. what did you guys do to get rid of that little fat? i have a strict diet, i dont really eat carbs after 5 pm, i do abs mon,wed,fri, and i do cardio about 5 times a week. i am 5'11 185. when my stomach does look better i am to skinny every else. as bad as i want the abs i dont want to loose to much size. so what am i doing wrong? ne supplements i could take? oh and my calorie intake is about 2500 to 3000 , protein intake about 300 g
 
Lower your body fat percentage,


it needs to be about 8 percent, depending upon your age.

I am 5’5” 200lbs and you can see my abs like they are under a microscope.


My bf percent is about 12 percent.
 
I feel your pain man , ive got the same problem. Ive had a small amount of belly fat since i was a kid. Ive been dieting perfect forever now, and im not gettin much results, i kinda hit just a platou maybe ?
.........Im vascular as hell everywere, my delts , arms and even legs have good definition , every except in my abs and my chest has some extra fat too.....

Im on my first week of clen , but i think im gona stop im just cant deal with the jitters that it gives me, mostly cause of the work i do is mostly hand related...

Next I think I might just try hydroxycut or one of those over the counter fat burners, i never tried them before cause i just convinced my self it doesn't work...

Let's see your diet. Don't forget also that if you are between 13% and 16% or so there isn't much of a difference in terms of how defined you look. So if you are 16% at 185 and you get down to 13% (and don't lose any muscle) you will be 179.45 pounds. Looking in the mirror you will THINK that all you have lost is muscle and no fat. Because you won't be able to tell the difference. To get to 10%bf you have to lose 11.1 pounds of pure fat. This is probably impossible without AAS help. You will lose some muscle too. But you have to convince yourself to keep going.

As long as you are losing weight slowly...a pound or two a week, then muscle loss will be minimal. But you have to stick to your plan and not worry too much about becoming "skinny." You're gonna have to be about 170 pounds or so to see your abs right now whether you like it or not.

Put your diet up and then you can get some help on that plus a plan of action for what supps and or gear you should take.
 
I could loose it all except the lower section on top of the last ab set... I took t-3 for 6 weeks...never went above 50mcg...and it is Gone gone gone...
 
Also at the right bf% you will actually LOOK bigger even though you are smaller. That's what they do for movies when they need to put "20 pounds" on actor. They just bust his ass and make him lose the weight to actually look bigger.
