Here's the deal...Im 5'9, 154, 30yrs old, doing a cycle of deca 200mg every 5th day. Everything I read says for my weight i need to eat 175 grams of protein a day. I cant seem to eat enough food in a day to get that even with shakes. Juice doesnt make me hungry like it says it will do, and i dont feel any intense gains in strength either. All i do seem to be getting out of it is a belly, i mean its like im skinny and fat at the same time. everything i eat goes straight to my stomach. how do you guys bulk up and get huge arms and shoulders and legs and keep your stomach so flat after eating all that food! please reply, im getting discouraged fast

At 154 pounds, it's senseless to try and lose a gut through dieting. You need more muscle, which in turn will rev your metabolism and burn more fat.

I have no idea how you train but you obviously need to train more and heavier. At your weight steroids are pointless. And decca -- especially at that dose is worthless. It'll only add a little bloat and supress you.

Learn more about training. Eat more.

I'd recommend these supplements.

UNLEASHED -- to increase free T

ZIP -- to burn fat while gaining

VIGOR -- to increase strength and appitite

BIG BLAST -- Tropical orange mixed with water and ice is very light and you can have a couple a day without filling up. That's add almost 100 grams of protein right there.

Get them here: www.proteinfactory.com

And more high protein food! Especially meat and eggs.

Once you get yourself on track and want to take it to the next level, there are a lot of good bros who are willing to help here. But set some kind of groundwork first, otherwise, you'll be wasting your time.

Clean Cals = no junk food

Clean Carbs = oats, grits, brice, yams, potatoes. ww pasata

Clean Protein, egg w, tuna, chicken b, turkey, beef, steaks

bro at your weight you're going to have to increase your protein intake to put on muscle most people advise 2 grams of protien per pound of bodyweight........most of that being consumed in protein shake form.if you eat clean there's no way in hell you should be worrying about bellyfat especially being an ectomorph with an extremely high metabolism.

btw that is an extremely low dose of deca durabolin also.

whats your diet look like? why a decca only cycle at such a low dose?

Ill just sum it up by saying i eat all the right foods...its the workout im confused on. Im taking 200 to 400mg a week thats all i really need if i could just get my workout right. I mean, how do i bulk my shoulders, arms and legs up at the same time im doing cardio and burning precious calories trying to keep a flat stomach?

imo bro get off the deca and get your diet and training right. how many cals are you eating each day? whats your current training schedule look like?

I'm no pro by any means bro but just from my experience, cause I was in your shoes at one point, I would start by doing low reps (4-6) and cut down on your cardio. Also when you do cardio the best way in my opinion is intervals. I would do cardio 2-3 times a week for 20-25 minutes after your workout or on non workout days. If you dont know what interval training is you can do a search on it but start out by doing 30 second sprints (as fast as you can run) followed by 60-90 seconds of walking and then repeat this for 20-25 minutes. Try to make sure you get 2grams per pound of bodyweight in with the protein but also make sure you are eating enough calories so incorporate good carbs and good fats into the equation as well. Do some research on ratios for protein/carbs/fat to determine which ratio would be best for you and experiment with them as well. With some research and determination and help from people on this board in as little as 12 weeks you should start seeing some good improvements.
