Well we all know the story, get on a cycle and work and Eat and train our ass off, come off start clomid and hope to keep all that hard earned muscle. I have seen a ton of posts on this and i dont recall seeing alot of what i want to discuss, NOT AT ALL SAYING SOMEONE ELSE HAS NOT SAID, i just havent seen it.

any way, i have discovered that everyone talks about all the proper things to do to get the old test prod back up and we all know how important eating while being on is but what about EATING while coming off?? hmmm think about this if you want to keep 95% of all that muscle.

if we eat 3500-6000+ cals a day to build that new muscle, what and how many cals do we need to eat to MAINTAIN it??

thats right, if we feed our machine that weighs 200lbs 3000 cals (example calories)a day to maintain that mass before the cycle and pump up to 215-225 how many new cals per day will we need to maintain that new mass, i think this might be an over look in the COMING off a cycle theory. i have watched 2 friends do cylces, gain size, use clomid and over the course of a few months lose 85% or more, why because they didnot feed that new muscle, MY .02 worth hope it helps, BTW i have gained 35-40lbs this year , at my highest weight was 196-198 im now 190-192 and have been off 2 1/2 months. get a cal calculator find out what you need now and then when off the cycle find out what u need to maintain new mass, this is not to say you cant cut up, when u are done just use the weight you want to maintain, 500 less cals a day and you are loosing mass.

I think its changing your workout routine. The bottom line is on cycle you can do more weight for more reps. Change the workout routine and shock your muscles into growth. Of course eating is important but only a newbie woulnd't get past that part. Then take your flinstone vitamins call it a day, and hit the gym tommorow.


Also, i think a rest of 4 or 5 days helps.

your right golfer, changing is important as well but all said FOOD is the most anabolic thing we can do when off because we can keep our body in a high insulin/anabolic state, back to hucks post about protein intake and staying in that state with alot of protein. Most mistakes by newbies while on is diet, wouldnt you say, so i think it makes sense to say that, that is the most common mistake after comming off.

if your diet is not right while on it sure as hell wont be when your off and then you 'll lose what earned plus some.
