just got through with a cycle for 10 weeks and decided to take off for a week. I was lifting more than i was when i was working out 5 days a week. i felt fucking great. i did not realize how much giving yourself a break could acually pay off!!
Anyone ever get a huge pump then lose it even before they are done with their workout
I had a huge pump goin on my last workout but ended up losing it soewhat before I was done with my workout. Am I missin somthin in my diet? Or is it just cuz Im doin a cutting cycle?
