Keeping GH in syringe

If Im doing twice a day injections, can you keep your GH in the syringe for 4 to 5 hrs. during the day? Of course it will be keeped refrigerated. I do my first shot in the a.m. around 8 o'clock and I would like to do my 2nd around 3 p.m., while Im at work.
I have been doing just a.m. injections for the past 3 weeks. I have recently done a couple of searches and everyone says twice a day is better. Can someone please help.

I preload the syringe for two days worth and also use it twice a day.

Once in the suringe keep it cold. I have preloaded a week at a time.
