keeping first cyle gains then planning second cycle

A couple of questions...

I gained ~26 pounds from first cycle of Test E start wk 1-4 at 500mg then went to 750mg wk 5-16. Ran AIFM throughout and did 40mg Nolva day after each shot to be safe throughout. Did 2 weeks PCT with nolva and HCG now doing just nolva for another 2 weeks. Do a full regimen of supps. Trained for 25 years or so natty before cycle at 48. I do use to do more martial arts and endurance type training but even so went in at 200 +/- 5. Height 6'1".

I know some of the gain is fat and water... I can see it... but ramped up cardio is taking care of that slowly. I'm hoiping to keep half my gains to move my weight up to 233 to 235 with bf around 12-14%. I don't care about being real lean at this point. Reasonable?

I plan to do next cycle in 5 or 6 months after full recovery of natural test along with some good cardio/ sparring along wiht lighter lifting for more reps. I was thinking next cycle would be 500mg Test e with 600mg eq to gain/ keep another 10-12 pushing me to mid 240's. Reasonable?

I plan to stop around there.

BTW... I decided to cycle because I always felt I was too skinny for my height even though I fought/ sparred, lifted, did some tri-athalons, etc for many years and was very lean/ tight in my 20's and 30's. I'll feel better at 245. :-)
 
test/eq 500/600 would be a great cycle.

Keeping your gains depends on your PCT, diet and training when done.

Obviously alot of the 26lbs. is water and fat, but keeping 10-15lbs should be about right.

Thanks Mac... I figured keeping about half was right. There are very few people around where I live that know anything about juice. My gym is slowly becoming more and more of a fitness center with few real lifters.

Should I expect around the same gains and keep ration from the Test/ EQ cycle or will the gains be lower but keep ratio higher? I kind of expected to balloon up to ~260 from ~235 on my next cycle then cut down to 245.

How long were you planning on running it?
14-16wks I'm guessing.
You should be able to put on anywhere from 12-20lbs depending on diet on a 14-16wk cycle.

Yup - 14-16weeks. I ran the all test e for 16. I was planning 12 but it felt good an dI was still growing so I went an extra 4. From everything I've read, EQ is slow to start but the gains are drier than all test e gains. I have to be careful that I eat clean and keep the fat down too.

Thanks for the chime in NeedTo...I'm sure you would have given good advice if Mac had not taken care of it.

Now I just need my guy to have what I need when I need it. He was all about test prop and d-bol when I was getting my first cycle. Took him a couple weeks to come up with the test-e. Won't be for a while... still doing Nolva for my PCT though.
