keeping diet down

hey guys its me again well i wanted to know if there is any tricks to keeping food down?????


i know the diet is a main thing for building mass and ive been eating and eating....

i dont have a dietition and i get my diet from like those muscle mags and a few times ive chucked from being so full...

i read that the protien intake should be at least 1.5 times the desired body weight???????

can i take a protien supplement for one of the six meals a day???????


am i infact eating to much?????

if you have a diet plan im all ears that is if you have the time to give me advice...

You've actually eaten until you threw up?? Christ! Frig diets in bodybuilding magazines and, while we're at it, frig the workout routines, too!!

Ronnie Coleman is like 280 on-stage and probably 320 off-season. . .his diet and workout routine obviously don't reflect reality for 99.99999% of the people in the world. The same goes for all of the rest of the pros.

Unless you're already genetically gifted and you have the cash to afford all of the other. . .ummm. . .supplements, don't even bother trying to mimic those people's diets and workout routines.

Take a more sensible approach, toy with it, see what works for your body. Protien is the foundation of my diet and, as I've gotten older (I'm 41 yoa), I've had to tweak my carb and fat intake from what I did when I was 25. It's a constant work-in-progress.

Even when you do find what works for you, you're going to have to mess with it to keep your body/brain somewhat confused and to account for changes that will occur as you age.

Don't eat till you puke!
 
Eat small meals frequently. No need to eat till you throw up. If something sets the wrong way with you, eat a piece of candied ginger to settle your tummy. Try to see if certain foods make you throw up by cutting them out one at a time for a week or so.
