Keepable gains on dbol?

On my Dball only cycle with arimidex and PCT i went from 215 to 245 @ 20mg daily. Post cycle i settled in @ 235. I also made use of diuretics twice to dump alot of water from my frame. So all in all i must say that a dbal only cycle can be very effective during and after. One thing to keep in mind is that i am an experinced user. Back in the day when i was starting out i did a dball and primo cycle and lost everything and then some, and i only used 15 mg dball and 100mg of primo/wk.

So IMO dball can go either way for you, but this is true on any AAS.

Overtraining.
Improper and inconsistant diet.
No anti e's.
No pct.


All those combined put me under and i lost all of my gains and then some.
 
Ok, so there's no reason I couldn't keep all non-water gains first time around, if I were to follow your last cycle by the book :)
Then Dbol would be so bad.
I wonder if it's stackable with Turanabol..

Well technically that's true. BUT, you have to remember that i made some very real strenght/size gains on this cycle, but alot of it was muscle memory, so it's a little different from breaking new ground for the first time. There are also Genetic factors to consider, like how will your body respond to the drug. I am happy to report no sides at all except for some occasional bloat. But give it a shot if you like. The key is low dosing though.
 
if you train correctly and that means not overtraining, and eating correctly at least 1.5-2 g of protein per lb of bodyweight and keeping carbs between 200-400/day adn cals at about 3000-4000 and take a moderate amount like 20mg/day. you can keep the majority of your gains. and when your done w/ your cycle, don't slack on diet, keep up diet and when your done, even throw in some creatine for a couple of weeks and you should keep your gains. and i say that you should keep your gains because its proven that dbol actually causes muscluar hypotrophy which means as opposed to JUST retianing water, you will actually grow muscle tissue, which in turn you will keep, you won't just lose muscle, but you will lose water. hope that helps

Correct. The only issue i take is the protein recommendation. I hardly ever go beyond .8 gram per lb and grow just fine as long as i get enough calories. The protein manufacturers brainwash everyone with their funded studies showing how ever higher and higher ammounts are not just beneficial but essential to growth. There is a cut off point in this like with anything else. I have found that about .8 is the sweet spot.
 
Hm. I eat 6 meals a day, each with 100g carbs, 40-50g proteins and 20g fat. And so I have every day the last 3 years. When it comes to training and diet, I'm a perfectionist! :O
But I don't know what PCT to use for my turanabol-only cycle, or even after dbol (newbie!) :O
