just got back from the derby.man! i saw alot of well built men and women.my eye on the women of course.
i have been unable to lift or exercise at all due to a shoulder injury and surgery for the last 6 weeks.i saw some pretty buffed peoeples which, only motivates me more. i cant wait to start lifting weights again. unfortunately, for me i have not watched my diet and i drank more beer. i am in my middle 30's so my body doesn't bounce back like it did at 20. so other than a big waaahhhnn! what is the point to this thread? simple, wether gear is an option or not, "HANG IN THERE", find your motivation. whatever it is. also if you cant exercise continue to diet and eat right it will make things a hell of alot easier when you start back.
