Keep going or take a break?

I am torn right now. I just finished a 6 week cycle:
700mg test cyp/wk,
50mg of tren/day,
60mg of var/day,
50mg proviron/day.
I usually like to take at least a 4 weeks break after a tren cycle, because we all know how hard tren is on the body. But I am starting to get the look I wanted for my Florida trip the first week of June.

Should I suck it up jump on the next cycle, and take a 6 week break after June, or take a break for four weeks and kick it back up in May?

Normally I would have my own advice, but to be honest with everyone I was a virgin to tren until this past cycle.

Just cause I know everyone will ask, my next cycle was going to consist of Eq which we all know has to be run at least 14 weeks, so really I would not be able to take a break until after June if I take a break now.

I'd say take the break now so your body recovers since you are doing a long one after
Since you did Cyp your breake is only 2 weeks out of the 4 weeks mentioned.
 
Definitely take the break, given the next cycle you have planned... but to be honest, 4 weeks isn't much time for recovery... if you figure cyp has a 10-14 day active life, there will still be AAS in your system up to 2 weeks after your last shot, leaving you 2-3 weeks for PCT? I'm assuming you're doing PCT, in which case, a few weeks may not be sufficient.

Yes I am doing PCT. Sorry should have been more specific. I did my last shot of cyp two weeks ago, so the four weeks of break would be starting Monday. My main problem is I am on a very low carb diet, so I am concern with taking to long of a break, because we all know how gear helps protein synthesis, and muscle loss during low carb diets.
 
I'm no expert on low carb / calorie deficient diets, but I know there are measures you can take to help spare muscle and decrease catabolism.... one thing I know is you should load up on glutamine (10g+)... IGF is also a good idea during PCT for this same reason.

I agree with you on glutamine, it works wonders
 
btw i am going to be running tren with my next cycle. never used it before, how did you like it? sides? gains?

Why take a break, just switch your gear, use different gear and go balls to the wall and end in June, looking even better

That was my original plan. Everyone keeps telling me I need a break after tren.

It was great!! I never really caught the night sweats like everyone else. But I did have trouble getting a full nights rest. Good side of things, in the gym you are a beast, become vascular during workout, stronger, and you can see the change in your body. Its one of those products that makes you depressed when your not at the gym.
 
If you want to look best for your trip, balls to the wall bro, take the break after your trip. I agree with solidspine, manipulate those compounds to your benefit.

This is what I would do. I think people are wondering why you would just run cyp 1-6, because its a long ester and it takes somewhere between 4- 5 weeks to fully kick in. Ideally you would run prop, if your cycling for just 6 weeks.

I started off with prop, but only had a 10cc bottle and had to switch to cyp. Running Tren without any kind of test would not be good.
