I have read a mixture of things when it comes to eating to gain while on a cycle. I just read"eat like a beast and eat everything". But to what extent? I know lifting 101 is basically u eat 1 to 1.5 grams of protein for every pound u WANT to weight. So if I'm sittin on 175 and I want to be 200 I need to eat 200 gram of protein a day correct? Well when on a cycle if I'm sitting at 205 and want to be a solid 225 and I'm on sustanon 250 and an oral kick start does that mean my goal is still 225-230grams a day? Or do i push out 250-275grams a day cuz of what I'm putting in my body?
It just seems like everyone is pushing the overall "calorie intake" and not the "protein/carb" intake.
