Keep gains with what kind of eating?

I have read a mixture of things when it comes to eating to gain while on a cycle. I just read"eat like a beast and eat everything". But to what extent? I know lifting 101 is basically u eat 1 to 1.5 grams of protein for every pound u WANT to weight. So if I'm sittin on 175 and I want to be 200 I need to eat 200 gram of protein a day correct? Well when on a cycle if I'm sitting at 205 and want to be a solid 225 and I'm on sustanon 250 and an oral kick start does that mean my goal is still 225-230grams a day? Or do i push out 250-275grams a day cuz of what I'm putting in my body?

It just seems like everyone is pushing the overall "calorie intake" and not the "protein/carb" intake.

Explain experts!!!! Ha :)

are you a hardgainer/ectomorphic? there is a lot of variables here, but I like to use a 40/30/30 split when bulking because I'm carb sensitive. As far as calories on cycle 800-1000 over bmr is a good starting point, if you start getting fat then drop em down a little, if you're still hungry then eat more. Try not to overthink it or you will drive yourself crazy. Bottom line you need to eat a lot of lean meats, turkey/chicken/fish/steak etc plenty of green veggies, eggs, whole grain carbs and good fats....almonds/anpb/olive etc

Bottom line you need to eat a lot of lean meats, turkey/chicken/fish/steak etc plenty of green veggies, eggs, whole grain carbs and good fats....almonds/anpb/olive etc and break it down to 5-6 meals a day about 3 hours a part
 
on cycle aims for 2x grams of protein per lb of body weight.. overkill maybe.. but better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it..
 
everyone is different

you need to find your own way through experience.

a lot of ecto's are still young/immature and haven't fully developed into men yet... they just don't have the appetite that mature men have yet. they eat like little girly men as Arnold would put it. some guys don't fully mature till their late 20's.. for me I would say it wasn't until i was 21/22 when i started bulking up and had a monster appetite. before that i was a skinny kid all my life.
 
The most I've ever gained on cycle was 20 lbs and that was trying a high carb diet versus a high protein
 
1. Eat 2 grams protein per lb bodyweight. Your kidneys will be fine

2. Make sure that you get plenty of good FATS

3. Complex carbs-don't give me bs about limiting carbs after 8pm

4. 2% or even WHOLE Milk-the Hard Gainers from 'back in the day' swore by milk
 
GOMAD - seriously changed me forever.. i go on and off that to stay lean but it is a great way to add muscle

gallon of milk a day - for the hardgainers its an easy fix!
 
You need more calories to gain weight. You need more protein to grow more muscle. SImple.

Add 2 BIG BLASTS with whole milk every day along with 20 caps of GEAR to your regular diet and you will grow like a weed.
