Hey guys im 26 years old been working out since i was about 16. I have never used aas, when i was younger i did take the pro-hormones that were around at the time 1-ad, methyl 1-test. Right now im 220 at 5'10, i don't know what my body fat is but here are some measurements, waist 38 which i wear a 36 in pants, neck 17, biceps 17, forearm 13, chest 45. Im guessing im around 20%. Started dieting a couple weeks ago i was at 226 im taking in about 2000 cals a day with my macros at 45/35/20. Im wondering if that is even enough cals? I weight train 4 days a week and jog 1 mile 2 days a week. Im debating on taking some katanadrol when i get down to 210 pounds to help me keep some of my muscle as i try to get to my goal weight of 190, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure when i was 19. They ran every test under the sun on me and came to the conclusion its genetic, my grandfather had it also at a young age. Its stable now averaging 124/65, on cozaar 100mg. I just need some advice on what you guys think about me running the katanadrol at 250 mg a day and critique my diet. All im taking right now is fish oil, multi and protein.
