Katanadrol + Beastdrol + Need 2 Slin Help Please!!

How you doing everyone! I'm brand spanking new to this amazing site have read tons of very useful information from people that really know their stuff so I'm greatly appreciating the expertise from all!

Little about myself:

5"7 170pounds and have only been lifting consistently for 16 months and I'm 25 years old but have been athletic and in sports my whole life but not much weightlifting as you can see! I started at 150pounds and worked my freakin ass off when I started going to the gym i mean 7 days a week full body workouts for 2 months straight no bull!!! I have only taken one aas cycle and that was Anavar at 50mgs 5days a week for 7weeks and the cycle was great but now I have heard of all the good things about Beast, katana and N2slim that I just bought it and can't wait to start it! I was wondering if I can get some expertise on how to run this cycle!

I also picked up:

Unleashed and post cycle
HCGenerate
Bridge
And will be picking up a liver support but need to know wht kind bc they are out of N2 Gaurd at the moment.

Thanks to anyone that can write me up a plan of action

Other supplements:
Fish oil
GNC vita sport
Nitic stack
Ester L-arginine caps
Creatine monohydrate
Calf Liver pills by Universal
Bcaa caps
Amino caps

I have ran this cycle already with fantastic results. I suggest this:

Beast: Weeks 1-4 at 20-30mg/day
Katana: Weeks 1-4 at 250mg/day
Hcgenerate: Weeks 1-4 to prevent excessive HPTA shutdown
If Need2Guard is unavailable, I would get Forged Liver Support or Liv 52. Stay away from alcohol for the duration of the cycle and PCT and drink a lot of water
I would also consider getting the new RLS Transaderm, if possible, to combat any possible lethargy associated with superdrol.

PCT

Post Cycle/Unleashed Combo: Weeks 5-8, 1 cap of each three times/day
Forma Stanzol: Weeks 5-10, First 4 weeks use 5 pumps both morning and night, taper down the last 2 weeks to 3 pumps morning and night.
Need2Slin: Weeks 5-8: 1 capsule morning, noon and night.

I think that this should provide you with the framework for a fun, safe and effective cycle/PCT if your diet and training are on point. Consider posting your diet and training routine for more suggestions and advice from other experienced members.

I agree. This looks pretty good. You should get an on cycle support such as n2guard with two orals...best is a superdrol and can be somewhat toxic to the body.

Thank you FT and Stryker for responding I appreciate your knowledge and opinions on what to do! I'm going to follow your plan FT since you have done this stack before I can't wait to get these products in the mail I have heard nothing but amazing things about them!

My diet is pretty clean I have a high metabolism so I can pretty much eat whatever I want and not gain fat but I still choose to just eat right but on sometimes I will eat fast food but only chicken wraps but that's it when it comes to dirty food! I eat lots of oatmeal, brown rice, chicken, salsbury steak, pasta, deli sandwiches , protein shakes 3 per day, egg whites, whole eggs, peanut butter n jelly sandwiches, fruits and cliff bars for added carbs and energy!

My training routine:
mon-chest,biceps (light bi's)
Tuesday-back,trap
Wed-shoulders
Thursday-legs
Friday-bi's and tri's
Saturday- if I can get there full body with light weights
Sunday-rest

I also work midnight 10pm - 7am and usually go to the gym when I wake up around 3pm and then I'm at the gym by 4pm so I dont know if you can tweak the the timing of my dosing since I work midnights any suggestions would be great! And I will be picking up some liver support like forged for the cycle

For splitting up the pills throughout your waking hours, there are many protocols you could follow. To minimize sides with the beastdrol, I suggest splitting the pills as evenly as possible throughout your waking hours. You can do the same thing with the k-rol, or, if you like, take 2 pills out of the daily dosage 30-45 mins pre-workout for extra aggressivity. For the rest, just follow the label instructions and make the necessary adjustments for your personal routine.

By the looks of your diet, I'm going to assume that mass is your goal. How many cals are you planning on taking in daily? What does your macronutrient split look like? Off hand, it looks like your diet might be lacking in "good fats" like almonds, nuts, olives, olive oil, nut butters, fish, etc. Remember, since fats have 9 calories per gram (as opposed to 4/gram for protein and carbs), having a significant fat intake is an easy way to make sure you hit your calorie goals.

I'm not going to debate your training split with you, because I believe this is a personal preference. I do feel that biceps twice a week might be a bit overkill. I fear that working bi's on monday may negatively affect your back workout on tuesdays. Also, be ready for significant strength gains with Beast. While this is a positive, remember that your tendons, ligaments and connective tissues will not adapt to this change immediately. Keep this in mind so you do not overwhelm your joints with overzealous, overambituous lifts.

should I be taking one of my Beast doses before the gym and then my other one a few hours after? I'm going to do wht you suggested and take 2 katana before the gym for the aggression. The rest of of the stack I'm going to spread it out evenly like you said.

I'm trying to push 4000 cal a day
This is my layout of wht I'm eating on a daily basis hopefully you can give me more suggestions on what else to throw in my diet

7:30am-50g protein shake with 2% milk and 10g creatine, 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, half cup oatmeal, bowl of mixed fruits, 4 calf liver pills, 1 fish oil

8:30am-3:30pm (sleep time)

4:00pm preworkout-25g protein shake with water, half cup oatmeal, 1 slice whole wheat bread with chunky PB

5:00pm-7:00pm. (gym)

7:30pm-75g protein mixed with 20g creatine 1 banana and other mixed fruit, 4 calf liver pills, 1 fish oil

9:00pm-either chicken breast, salsbury steak, pork with mixed vegetables and mashed sweet potato, 2 slices of white bread

10:00pm-2:30am (at work)-I have eaten 4 PB&jelly's on whole wheat bread or Texas toast and 1 turkey sandwich with cheese

3:30-4:00am( at work lunch break)
Usually a mirowaveble dinner that consists of chicken dishes with a side of Mac n cheese or turkey dishes with mashed potato and each dinner has 600cal with no preservatives and 36g of protein, 1 cup of lowfat yogurt, 1 slice of whole wheat bread, 4 calf liver pills, 1 fish oil

4:00am-7:00am (still at work)
I would have eaten some PB crackers, some trail mix, cliff bar and a 25g protein shake mixed with water

I agree with you that I might be overtraining my arms when I do them twice a week since I'm doing back the following day so I think I'll stop that bc I absolutely kill my arms on Fridays! My buddy told to bring a zip lock bag filled with ground beef and grab handfuls every now and then through out my work day if I don't feel like eating all those PB&J's

I hear the Beast turns you into a Beast lol so that's why I can't wait to start it and gain some good solid muscle and strength! Thanks for the heads up about the strength gains that I'm going to be experiencing when on it bc yea I don't wanna get overwhelmed and end up hurting myself when it comes to ligaments and joints I'll ease myself into it for sure

Based on this, offhand I would suggest the following:
1) In the morning, don't be afraid of having whole eggs. The yolk contains most of the protein, fat and vitamins of the egg. Bro science will tell you not to have the yolk because of cholesterol or whatever, but this has been proven to be unfounded.
2) In your post-workout meal (7: 30pm) , I would take the two slices of white bread and maybe some jelly and have them then instead of the banana/mixed fruit, in order to get an insulin spike. Have the fruit with your 9:00pm meal
3) Don't be afraid to stalk up on some canned tuna/salmon/sardines for a cheap, effective protein source for when you're on the go, at work or whenever.

Thank you very much FT definitely going to pick up loads of tuna cans and I live sardines and canned chicken while I'm at work and start eating the whole egg instead of mainly whites
