Karma for Solid Reply

Hey, I need some help with my bra. Think I know what to tell him, but karma to anyone who provides decent insight.

He's 6'2, 180, and about 7-8%. Trains hard 5 days a week and continues to do cardio 5-6 days a week for a 1/2hr in the AM (lifting in PM).....

His diet is solid, although may be low on carbs:
1/2cp oats
scoop pro.
cup of egg whites

then Myoplex

Noon
6oz of chicken and 6oz of yams
salad and veggies galore

2:30prelift
Pro. shake
tuna pack

postlift (within hr window)
shake
4oz fish
salad and veggies galore

In bed
protein shake w/ milk
prob. 4-5 handfuls of shelled nuts
few fiberous carbs (broc.)

He has access (but not a ton) to EQ, winny, Sust 250, and test400. What should he run to pack on some mass while keeping his bf under 10%? Mucho KARMA to all!
 
he definately needs to start eating some carbs.....that looks more like a hamsters diet.....as iron said, stats and cycle history are needed.....
 
6'2" 180 is kinda skinny...he needs to start eating.....I would tell him to start eating and don't do any gear right away....he will probably put on solid weight naturally and when he feels he's leveled off he can hit a cycle....I would suggest a simple test, EQ cycle to start.....
 
my advice:

300 mg of test enanthate a week

Before he starts have him pick a legitimate training program from the training board that is aimed at his goals whatever they may be. Then get on the program for a few weeks until he understands it well. Then Make sure he ups his caloric intake by at least twice that. I would suggest one of Mr. X's diets off the Diet Board, again use this for a couple weeks and let him adjust. Then have him take a few days off at the end of the week and start at the beginning of the next week.

He should run the test for 12 weeks followed by 2 weks of novla at 10 mg and hcg at 500 mg daily. His caloric intake should stay constantly higher at his new bodyweight, don't have him cutting right away. If he follows this advice he will have a great first experience and truly get a feel for the way aas should be used.

dude.....he doesn't have test ent.....read my post........he's eating solid....I know he needs to jump his calories.....any suggestions?

Seriously though my girl lifts hard and is 5'5'' and weighs 110 pounds and that is pretty much her diet. DDoes he want to build some muscle or just be really skinny and ripped?
 
since the diet and all have been stated before, il give my advice on cycle...fuck the t400...havent heard many good things bout that...run a simple sust at 500mg a week and eq at 400mg a week...grab some nolva and clomid...great first cycle...if he had access to throw some dbol in, that be great too...good luck
