I'm still growing...I started cutting like 2 weeks ago....my 6 pack is starting to show...I'm down to like 247lbs. I was playing b-ball yesterday w/ some of my niggas.....and on of them was like "damn buck, you getting ready to go to the NFL or something".....I'm blowing up...my shoulders can barely fit in the bathtub...LOL...for real!!!

Not really sure because I haven't tested in a while. however I've been setting PR's in training so that obvioulsy will carry over...just a question of how much. When I squatted 600 I pulled a little less than that. So when I reach 7 bills hopefully I will pull around 675.

As for the bench, a real sore subject. My raw max was 400 but should be more now. Kinda curious how much I get out a shirt. I've got one on the way...can't wait

As for projected totals for my meet...too far out to tell. I still have about 15-20 lbs to gain. I have a lot of weak links to bring up...once I do LOOK OUT!!
