k, now that I'm back, need some advice from everyone

I know what I wanna do, just need some help doing it :D

As of tonight, I am 6'5" 277.5 pounds. No idea about BF, but it's high. I'm not gonna worry about cutting right now, cuz hey, im already fat, bulking now won't add that much more fat. Once I open a new bank account here in Seattle I'll be ordering some protein powder for sure. Are there any new products that any of you can personally recommend? So basically what I need from you guys is; some good supplements I should take a look at, a list of some good foods i should get since I really have never bulked before, and possibly some ideas for a different lifting routine.
 
I'd say go to www.anafit.com/shop grab some sesapure and glurcorell get your diet so it's only about 500 Cal over your BMR. the sesapure and gluc combo should burn off any extra that doesn't go towards new muscle.

and why is that Guinness? im not talking about weight loss supps, just something to give me a little boost of muscle gain. maybe some energy too.
 
'cause there's bigger fish to fry, so to speak. Supps are a waste of money for the most part. Spend the time you'd invest reading about supps reading about training instead. My .02

Do you mean pre-workout energy? I have to cave and admit I like energy drinks/pills for this purpose. Extreme ripped force and Redline are personal favorites.

i actually plan on useing No Fear energy drinks before each workout. i used em at my last job and they help a ton energy wise. i actually lived off em at my last job since sometimes i would have to work 24 hours shifts. other than that, i was just looking for supps to help me build muscle faster, althought this can be done with food, dieting is my weak point for sure. i think ill head over to the diet board and read up some.
 
your diet is where you need to contrate. first you need to find out your bmr for bulking. for you size, its prob 4500-5000. my bulking bmr is around 4200 and im not nearly as big as you. your pre workout and post workout meals are important. a basic one is ~30-40g protein with flax seed oil or udo's choice and post 30-40g protein, 30-40g dex, 30-40 mal. when i bulk, i use a 35%g protein/35% carbs/30% fat. you should def take some sesapure if you don't want to gain fat. prob need at least at least 6 per day with high a caloric intake. you should take a look at the 5x5 program. a lot of people seem to have great results for putting on more mass.

best food for bulking is red meat and sweet potatoes imo. hope this helps
