(Juven) Anyone ever heard of this?

My friend gave me some packets of this stuff called juven to try out and it taste pretty good. But I was wondering if anyone has ever tried it before its suppose to rejuvenate muscles really fast. The ingredients are as follows:
Amino Acids
L-Arginine 7g
L-Glutamine 7g
Carbohydrate 7g
sugar 1g
Calories 75
minerals
potassium 245mg
calcium 200mg
phosphorus 95mg
1.5g of calcium B-hydroxy-B-Methylbutyrate provides 1.2g of HMB.

It's a waste of money dude!!!!. Don't even bother. This supplement basically is called HMB (stands for hdyrol methylbutherate which if you look at the label is the key indgredient of the product. I tried a different brand of the product long time ago, I followed instructions and dosages by heart for several months....and nothing. Back then (about 2 years ago) HMB got some hype from supplement manufacturers, it was supposed to be "the next creatine/glutamine" supplement but further research proved that this stuff do not have any ergogenic effect, neither prevents the loss of muscle tissue due to heavy lifting, unlike the plain old creatine and glutamine. Nowadays you may find this stuff (HMB) very affordable if not cheap, for obvious reasons.

Stick to 10 mg of creatine a day + 5 mg glutamine a day.

Thanks for the reply. I can get it for free so I thought it was cool stuff especially the taste. I really apriciate your info. I thought it would help with my lifting situation but I guess I will just lift much less and cry cause no matter what I do nothing seems to rejuvenate my muscle's. I am determind to find something!!
