Buyer beware with these guys. I'm sure some of you have had some good experiences with these guys although I can tell you I'm not one of them. I paid 28 dollars for 2 day delivery. Normally with a shipping cost like this you would EXPECT the package to be shipped with guaranteed delivery in 2 days. I have tried to contact [email protected] although I have not received a response. Heads up before you decide to pay the extra amount for shipping with this company as it seems all they are guaranteeing with the extra money you are spending for shipping is extra money in their pockets.
 
You can try sending Just Add Muscle a PM. Or you can contact BRR to communicate with them. How long ago did you send them an email?

I've had good experiences with them. Packages received within 7 days.

I'm sure once the product leaves it's origin you are getting that 2 day shipping.

Yes you would think so although I received an email Monday saying it would be shipped Monday and I would receive it Wednesday. I got an email from the yesterday confirming I would receive it yesterday. USPS came today and still no package. Tracked the order and there is no update...according to USPS they were contacted to pick it up Monday yet there is no update after that. TERRIBLE CS as well.
 
I am sure they will give the money back for the shipping bro. Or compensate you in some way. I would like it if you gave them a chance to do this before bashing them in a thread.

Perhaps it was an email confirming your order and the approximate delivery time was Wednesday. Were you given a tracking number? How did you track it via USPS? If you had a confirmation number it either a) wouldn't be in the system if it didn't ship or b) it has shipped but delivery confirmation doesn't say where it is, it just says when it left and was delivered. I'm still unclear about the details.

You really need to extinguish every method of communication before deciding to make these type of threads.

Either way I'm not coming at you I just don't understand where you are getting this information about delivery ETA.
 
LMAO...This thread should be called "JAM BEWARE!"..Trigger happy customers about to place complaints about you BEFORE talking to you!

Jesus get over it, I waited over a month for products from PP when they were back ordered and I didnt cry about it. Its not the end of the world, talk to JAM and Im sure he will work something out for you.

Stop crying!

I dont know who you are bro but I dont care how long you waited from PP when you ordered. Being back ordered is one thing. Getting an email from the company and having the person at support tell you it will be there Wednesday and paying 28 dollars for shipping is another... I EXPECT TO GET IT THAT DAY I WAS TOLD.

I wouldn't be posting if they responded to my email.
 
Email or PM on here? Or how about a thread to JAM asking if you can get an update. USPS NEVER updates their tracking info. I always give 1 extra day because shippers arent always the most reliable, Ive done WAY too much bussiness online to think otherwise.

A PM to an admin to facilitate will do.

Public bashing a sponsered product on the site will lead to nothing but embaressement for yourself and the company
 
mike-d bro. I will not get rid of he thread. I mean you are just explaining what happen to you. It really don't matter though. You will find most of us guys around here know ever once in a wile problems can happen with shipping. We give people time to fix it or make it right in some way.

This thread is not hurting jam in any way right now. In fact its helping them with free press lol.

I don't want you thinking myself,the mods or any one want to cover up what you have to say. So its up to you if you want the thread gone or not. If you do send me a pm. I want to be sure its what you want.
 
I have been asked by the maker of this thread mikediesel04 to get rid of it. His voice was heard and no one covered him up. I will close the thread and leave it up for a bit for people to see this. Then after some time I will delete it.

Ef is a place where every one has a voice. Lets never forget this.
