Just Whites (eggs in can)

Anyone heard of these. I think thts the name not sure exavtly. They are in the baking aisle at the grocery store. One can is equal to like 72 eggs or something.

They are called Simply egg whites and I use it everyday. Each carton contains 8 egg whites, and each package has 2 cartons. Total = 16 egg whites. I put red and green peppers, persli, green and red onions in my omelette.

Yeah I ordered powdered eggwhites from
www.eggstore.com OR theeggsore.com some thing like that, and the whites were chewy and nasty as fuck.
I think it has something to do with the egg albuminium *sP) and how it is some sort of a paste?

Yes, mine are liquid. They are just a more conveniant way to eat real egg whites. They are also cheaper if you are throwing away the yolks.
