I haven't had time do much training at all lately, and I've been eating really shitty so I gained some fat, and I feel so fucking small and I am sure I lost some LBM. Well now I have time to bulk so I was setting that all up by cutting away the fat I gained so I don't look really fat after my bulk, and I got sick. Damnit this sucks so bad, it will probably set me back another 2 weeks now before my bulk.
What do you guys think? After I am healed I will prob cut another 2 wks and lift a normal routine in the gym to get back my strength and then bulk. I hope muscle memory really works because I think I lost atleast 5-10lb LBM and my strength is down alot. I feel like shit and being shit is not helping. Life is throwing me many curves. Thanks for your thoughts on the matter.
