i think the diet forum is as important as this forum to what we are all trying to achieve. the more i learn about diet, the more my body changes. with or without steroids.

Yes it dose. Thats why we let them slide a bit. Then send them off. Some times we have to put shit in the right forum right away though. As long as you guys respect us and what we do. We do try to make things fun.
