It can almost be approached like vitamins. The ingredients are active for approx 48 hours. If you want the benefits all the time you need to take it on a regular basis. But taking a break now and then is fine.

I'm using unleashed in my post cycle, maybe on cycle too... does anyone know which lowers more oral winnie 50 mg a day or unleashed... I know both is overkill, either way unleashed is solid...

You mean lowers SHBG? Hard to say, but it shouldn't be overkill to use both. And you can continue the UNLEASHED after all drug use ceases.
