just started my 1st cycle 10 mins ago!!!!!!!

Iv just basically started my test 400 cycle today holy crap i was shitting my pants!!! me and the missus watched loads of vids...directions you name it to do it correctly. Everything was correctly preped ready to go. I cant jab myself just cant ahhh so the missus did it she did a great job went in smooth not a bit of pain nothing so made up at the start of this cycle

My brother gave me my first few, then my Mrs, now I do it myself in my quad. Still hesitate everytime I do it though - it takes a particular kind of mind to do it, I think.
