Just started cycle and having joint pains

Tuesday I could hardly do benchpress because of elbow pain. Today i could hardly work shoulders because of rotator cuff pain when doing military presses... the test hasn't realy kicked in yet so I know the pain isn't coming from heavier weights.
Im not using any dbol or anythingthat should make my joints hurt.. sust, t400 and eq..

anyone have an idea?

Throw some deca in there, that might ease the pain a little. I used to have the same problem, but when I went on Deca it went away. Bump up for more advice though.

im also on accutane and i had a little joint pain before the cycle but nothing big..
it seems like the joint pain has increased 100 fold since i started about a week and 4 days ago.

Same suggestion, Deca if you can get it. Also try Glucosamine / MSM which works very well, but takes a while to really have full effect (2-3 weeks).

i get mixed messages from my doc. everyone also tells me not to tan while on accutane and my doc says its perfectly fine. he's real open minded about AS and knows I workout alot and has never warned me at all about lifting heavy while on accutane. maybe i should talk to him.

#1 I would double check that OK on tanning while on acutane... i have heard different.

Also, the pain, have you recently come off a cycle? have you recently increased your weight? decreased your reps w/an increase in weight? whats your routine breakdown/split like?

staying hydrated? let me know on the above...

no im on a cycle right now. i haven't done anything different, routine is the same and yes i stay VERY hydrated. I am constantly drinking water... i drink around 1 1/2 - 2 gallons per day.

Try the glucosamine sulfate first or Joint Fuel, same thing. If that doesn't help go to the deca. i had the same problem and the glucosamine was all I needed.
