ok....first question - which toe is longer on you peeps, the big toe or the second toe ?

second - which is the norm ? I saw a skeleton model of a foot in my doctor's office and the second one was the longer bone !!!

third - if this is true, why is it called the big toe ?

On my left foot the second toe is shorter than the first. I call that my cute foot. ;)

On my right foot the second toe and the first toe are the same length. I use toe rings to hide it's ugly appearance.

I have to add that I'm loving this pink polish that I bought today. :qt:

Hmmmmmmm, I might just go get a pedi before I see my trainer on Tues.........got some new bright pink polish too!!

Thanks Dirty D!! :rose:

Second toe is longer on both feet. The rest of my toes are squished in toward the big toe, probably from being crammed into hockey skates since I could walk.

What an odd question. On both feet, the the first and second toe are the same length. However, the first toe as expected, is fatter.

Anytime chica. :qt:

2nd toe is longer. My uneducated guess is that it's an adaptation we developed as we walked more upright, and used our hands more. No need for the longer toes.
