Hey guys, I am new to the site, I dont know how I went so long without finding this website... Just wanted to throw out a hello to everyone..Been doing a lot of research on here the past few days, very good reading.....I have been working out off and on the past few years, going addicted to it last year on deployment and am back in the grind for the past few months.....Going for lean muscle mass with a decent bulk, like in between.....Well going to gear up for the UFC fight tonight, talk to you all later.....
