Just thought i'd make a little introduction

I think i've been missing out on a bit not chatting much on this forum

I've got around 2000 posts all accumulated from the diet forums

so i thought i'd say hi here

Some of you might know me as Muay Thai Guy, Senior mod and writer for Ironlife Online Forum and Magazine

Well i'm a brit and i'm not a body builder nor do i train much for size but i'm a thai fighter with big hopes and ambition

Apart from that im a pretty decent bloke imo
Like to help out as much as i can and i like music especially Rock and metal

My favourite bands are HIM and Deftones

as for stats, well i'm 24, 5'8 around 145 lbs though i fight at 140 and when im in fighting fit shape i'm usually around 9% bf

I just fought on friday actually and won my first fight of the year so im chillaxing right now but will be back in training tonight
