Thought I'd throw up a few shots for my bros on the training board. Dropped 1% bodyfat in the 2 weeks since the last pics, but still have some to go. I also dropped some of the huge amount of sodium I was eating, and in 3 days thats made a big difference, but still holding tons of h2o in the back.
Still have a week of dieting, then carb depleting then carb loading, then dropping the water. I figure I should be able to make a splash in a level 1 show....
the digital video camera really messes with my colour, and I have to stop doing this first thing out of bed in the morning....
