spiropent is what I have.


did a mini test run to assess tolerance and effects,

and noticed that the pills had a little sweet taste to them.

so I let it dissolve in my mouth, well most of it, and I swollowed the rest.

I think it might work better that way.

just sharing, I could be wrong but it may work better.

chew and swallow thats probably the same.

the reason I said let it dissolve is cus the shakes were much more pronounced when I did.....versus the conventional swollowing tachnique.

my freind who hooked who hooked me up had all the other kinds, and he said that Spiro is at least twice as good as the other stuff, even though it was 15 cent or so more expensive per pill
