do I talk it

Also have q bottle of QV 10mg Dball and Grandur labs 200mg 10cc bottle test ethanate and deca..

Just retired from the SEAL Teams and I would really need help in this areas from my brother..

How many IU's are in each vial? What are your stats? What are your goals? Don't they teach SEALS how to spell?

I'm with the guys above. In order to help you with mixing the water we need to know how many iu's are in each vial.. then it will be simple math.
As for the rest... answer these:
how tall
how heavy
bf%
age
cycle history
diet
routine
goals

*If you supply all of the above you will get educated answers from members of the board!
