i just made some fina and i followed the directions from the fkt web site....a freind of mine from the gym told me that there is no need to heat it at all and it will damage the hormone.....so i did not heat it at all just skipped those parts over......after filtering it bacame very clear but a day later it did not appear as clear as when first filtered.......is there a reason for this......and how do i know the mg/ml.....i used a 2g kit.......is what i did ok

was the last step filtering through a whatman filter (.45 or .2) into the vial you have now? if so then you don't need to worry... if the fitler was something with a larger pore size then that i'd get some good filters and run it through, forget about heating

Heating is used to further sterilize it. It getting darker the next day is fine.

i'd use the ba after the coffee filtering if you're not going to heat it so you're assured to kill all bacteria.
