just how good is peanut butter when bulking?

PS... the best brand I have had is ArrowHead Mills (sweetened with honey)...the non sweetened version is pretty bland.

hmmm why would you get a peanut butter with honey in it? kinda defeats the purpose, adding sugar carbs to a good fat prot meal.
