Just got my labs back, can someone explain how.....

I have a total estrogen of 194 (130 or less) and an Estradiol level of 18 (<43)! I've been trying to dial in my Estradiol level. I suspected it was high due to dizziness, redness of the skin, hot flashes, and moodiness.

I have been on TRT for two years now trying to find the right dosages that work for me. I was recently taking 125 mg Test Enanthate for about 9 weeks and .25mg Adex EOD, but I became dizzy and felt really bad so I lowered the dose to 60mg one week, then 80 mg the next then back to 110mg a week. The symptoms pretty much subsided. My Dr. switched me to Test Cyp and I plan to continue as follows:

110 mg Test Cyp a week
.25 Arimidex EOD

I thought for sure when I got my labs back that the Estradiol would be high, boy was I suprised. Now I really don't know what to do because if I increase my Adex dosage to lower the total Estrogen, my E2 will be in the toilet. Please help!!!!!

BTW I did a peak test (two and a half days after my shot) on my last labs because I suspected my E2 was high, the results are:

I am surprised. I expected to see conversion, but your testo mg per week is reasonable. And your adex is reasonable too. You might try spliting your testo injections to twice a week at 50 mg each and the following day 0.5 mg of adex. Put 84 hours between.

Make sure your adex is real and accurate.

Looks like you're fairly sensitive to Arimidex. I am too; I TANKED my E2 with .3mg... go figure. It's weird that your total estrogen is above the normal range where as your E2 is quite low though.

As real as it gets, straight from the pharmacy. As for the 84 hours, you are referring to the injections right?

Wow, I wish my numbers were that good. Before I started HRT my total testosterone was high, for a woman at 150 ng/dL. I get a 2mL injection once every two weeks and the labs say my test. level is on average about 300 ng/dL now. They inject me with test. cyp. and it (the bottle) lasts about 2 and a half months. Even at this level I have been able to build some muscle that I just couldnt build before.
I normally get my blood work done at least 10 days after the injection. I have been doing this since about the year 2000. I have a copy of my blood work so I can see for myself if there are any danger signs that appear. I usually have a hard time knowing what my Dr is talking about when he explains the lab results but I take notes and look it all up so I will know whats up.
I would ask the Dr about the low Estradiol level and see what he has to say. Most of the medical web sites discess the possibility of birth defects when women have a low level during pregnency. I dont think that applies to a man. Personally I wouldnt worry to much about the low level unless it stays low for several months. I have blood work done about every 4 months. Sometimes the blood hormone levels will spike up or down, mine do. Maybe something went wrong when they did the test. At any rate the low or high level wont kill you in the next couple of days, just be patient and look for a trend.
Oh and your blood work wont ever be perfect. Because your not perfect. My blood work got off and I had to go and have a colonoscopy done because of it. That sucked.
