I make regular visits to TJ and the prices you are descirbing just do not exsist, at least not in my experience. Email me the general location, names of the farmacia or Granero (if possible), and I will confirm your prices if they are in fact true this week....

A lot of Doctors get in trite arguments with guys in College, do you honestly expect me to believe taht you are a doctor, I have plenty of friends fathers who are doctors and I doubt that many of their peers use gear, much less go on websites to talk about it, what did you get on your MCAT then pal, my friends took it in August so I know the score range.
