Just got a Blackberry - good apps?

This thing is way too complicated but I hope it will make my life/scheduling easier. No data plan yet but I probably will bite that bullet once my life gets busier.

Anyone who has one, what are some good free apps to download? This sucker has hundreds. I work as a trainer but would love to have lots of cool crap on this thing.

My old phone sucked (Motorola), and got crappy reception but I was locked into a plan for two years. This thing is a major upgrade even without using data.
