Just gettin started

hey im new to the steriod scene. iv used a ton of suppluments but nothin have had the effects that i wanted. so....

im lookin to build tone and muscle mass. also to cut body fat out. im at around 22 percent right now. i was lookin into dbol or suston 250. but i still dont know if thats even the right way to go. im 6' 2" at 175 lbs. i was lookin to get up around 185 plus but really no more then like 210. dude if anyone can help me out please do. im sick of shity results
 
well the first step is to get your diet down. at 6'2" 175lbs and 22%bf it's clear you need to work on it and then work on it some more. it's easy if you do it in steps. you can easily do this for example...

step:
1. cut out all sodas and sugary drink completely from your diet. once that is done...
2. cut out all fast food. once that is done...
3. cut out all snacks that are counter productive to your goals such as cookies, chips, brownies, ice cream, etc... the more the better, but you decide what you can handle. then replace them with more healthy choices like jerky, yogurt, almonds, protein bars, etc. once that's done...
4. start looking at the ingredients and dietary facts on the back/side of the packaging of foods. you should have an understanding of what to look for after studying the bad stuff you had and the new good stuff you will get.

it's that simple. i did it along time ago and haven't gone back sense. i can't have fast food anymore cause it makes my stomach hurt and other stuff lol. i can't finish a whole soda anymore so i don't bother opening one. i pretty much learned to live healthy(er) (i like my mexican food every other week).

clean calories are what you need
chicken, fish, turkey, red meat thrown in sometimes. oatmeal, wheat bread, pasta, sweet potatoes, brown rice. broccoli, beans, salad, etc..

food is the most anabolic thing in the world.

p.s. calculate your bmr (basal metabolic rate) and go from there. you can google a good bmr calculator to help you.
 
how long have you been training? whats your diet like? I'm sure the key to unlocking the results door is in there. Also how old are you? you can get down from 22%, you do not sound like a meso/endomorph because you are only 175, so that fat should be rather easy to lose.
