nizoral 2% is a must....i alternate that EOD with polysorbate 80 buts that more of a long term solution.

spiro works great too. If you want to thicken up the vertex (top of your head), the minoxidil will help alot.

personally the polysorbate and nizoral do the trick for me and i keep some spiro around just in case. but my thining is very mild.

if you want to be safe just get everything but nizoral and spiro are must haves.

Nizoral should be stacked with Finasteride at least.

Don't use it on its own, as it will not be as effective.

Bumpo: The spironlactone with the nizoral shampoo worked WELL for me and I am predisposed.

IMO, the az. acid + minoxidil didn't do squat. I didn't notice any diff when I added it.
