Just declaired Sust at Tijuana border... DENIED!

Whelp, just took a trip down to the pit again (Tijuana), and my friend and I bought 1 redi-ject each. We got to the border crossing back into the U.S. and declaired the goods. The agent said that because it's an anabolic steroid a doctors note or script is required. I told him about what it said in the rule book and on the website and he sida that Anabolic Steroids are in a different class and that I could either leave the shots there with him or turn around and go back into Mexico... so we turned around. Like a dumbass I had forgot the customs rule book at my house so I was unable to use that in my defense.
But before I turned around and while I was getting the third degree from the customs agents, there was another dude at the booth across from me getting the same shaft I was, he had 4 redi-jects and a bunch of non- AAS stuff and was telling the agent they were for his wife and he wasn't really sure what she used them for, the customs agent was being a total dick to this guy and giving him all kinds of shit, calling him a liar and stuff. They took his gear and kicked his ass out the door, end of story for that guy.

My bro has the day off from work tomorrow and he's going back down there , taking the book I got with all the Customs rules from my last trip, and talking to a surpervisor to find out what the deal is and hopefully get a list of everything that you can cross.

Well, customs can do whatever the hell they want to whomever the hell they want. No offense bro, but your buddy will be wasting his time going back. At least it was only one RJ. Yea... the only way it will work is if you have a legit dr. note. And probably look like an aids patient, so you need the stuff to prevent muscle wasting.

The book says you can bring them back legally if you declare the items. But if you read futher, you'll see there are some "provisions" ... which give the customs agents the ability to deny your request.
