I'm just wondering how your workouts compare when on cycle as opposed to when off. How many reps/set and how many sets/per workout do you do, or does it not change. These poll type questions are really getting out of hand, but wanted to know for my purposes and fear of over or maybe even undertraining.

P.S. No one can spell for shit on these threads. It's sad.

i increase my volume by 3-4 sets per muscle group. reps are between 6-12... i start off high warming up then get lower while incorporating more weight

I do the same thing except I don't bring my reps over 10.

yeah sweed i feel you. on the deca i was doing 6 sets of bench and incline before the pump came. now that i am off, its like 4 sets kills me.

I have the same general set up as I have when I'm off, out I also will incorporate a few extra sets. for instance I will add a set to each of my compound movements. Also I always do this but I try to rotate in things like drop sets and post exhaustion(sp) supersets for a while to get the intensity through the roof.
