Just curious why anyone under the age of 35 is using 1-AD?

First off fellas, this is not a slam to ANYONE. I am just curious as to why younger guys(20-29 yrs) are using this product? ESPECIALLY the 18-21 guys. During this time, your body still makes PLENTY of hormones to build muscle. I am 21 yrs old myself, and I get stronger on at least one lift every week. I'm on 5x5 right now and have gained over 30 lbs on my bench in 4 weeks. The ONLY thing I use is a good Protein, and glutamine to help with catabolics. I see guys my age pumping this stuff down their throats, and aren't getting stronger any faster than me.

I just dont really see the logic in risking your health on a product thats only been around a little while, and has UNKNOWN long-term side effects. Andro itself hasn't been around long, maybe 6 yrs or so? Nobody on the planet can tell you how this stuff will effect you 10-15 yrs down the road. Working out, strength training, whatever you wanna call it....It's about making yourself healthy, as well as bigger and stronger.

Again, not trying to lecture or slam on anyone. Just want to get some thoughts...

hey man you right about the horomons still kicking pretty well at thouse ages.
But the reason why, i think, people at that age are doing it is because they want qiucker results. That what they will get from them. It a matter of impatiants. No flame intended i include my self in the impatiant catagory.

At some point your gains will stagnate to where you gain a couple pounds a year while doing everything right. This is the time to add steroids to your program. Guys doing them before this happens are just looking for quicker results which often hurts them in the long run because they haven't had the experience with how their body reacts to different types of training/diets.

i thought about doing it this summer but i think im gonna stick with the creatine/protein/multi-vita for at least another year of hardcore training. Maybe it has to do with me being a poor ass college kid, and another part of me that wants to see myself squat 500 bench 350 and clean 300 natty.

Dude I did my first PHs at about 24 and they difeinitely produced results.

SO don't knock it, I believ eyou should be at least 22 but 30 is a bit extreme

I don't follow you? You're saying that 30 yrs old is a bit extreme for using these products? If so that is incorrect, IF someone wanting to use a prohormone, it would be MUCH smarter to use them in the 30's+ than in your 20's. Your body is still flowing with testosterone through the 20's which doesn't justify any type of prohormone, and starts to decline a good bit in the 30's(for the most part). When that decline begins, it could possibly warrant the use of a prohormone to give someone the ability to pack on muscle like they could when younger.

I have the answer right here...

I started lifting SERIOUSLY at 19...ive always lifted, but never got obsessed until this point....

I never had a bad body. When i graduated High School, i was 5'11" 145 (tall skinny basketball player). When i turned 19 and got hardcore into lifting, I got up to 155-160lbs. My uncle (who aint much older than me) introduced me to 1-AD. My FIRST cycle (2 bottles, 3 pills/day -- 3-4 weeks) I went from 160lbs to 176lbs (i actually got up to 180 but everyone knows you lose some after your cycle is done). Right now, im 21, and steady between 195lbs-200lbs. So, in lets say 1.5-2 yrs i gained maybe 15lbs naturally, or in 4 weeks gained 15 pounds.

After this last cycle i did, my bench went up crazy (also due to stacking andro with it). My squat is 435lbs (I only started squating 2 months ago) My bench is at 330lbs (for 3 CLEAN)....To give you an idea of how big my arms are now -- Right before i graduated H.S., i got a tattoo of a band around my arm. The bands ends had a 2 inch space between them. Right now that tat that USED to go all the way around my arm barely covers the front of it now.

Im yet to see any side effects, nor have i ever Heard of any....ONLY GOOD.

And this my friends, is why people are on 1-ad!!!

Pizmo, I'm one of those guys who doesn't belive in prohormones. Either you juice or you are natural. Prohormones are weak as hell, and cost more than the real thing, and the risks are the same...so why bother. BTW 195-200 ibs @ 5'11" with a 330 3 rep bench and a 435 squat...after two years of training? I think the 1-AD was just a placebo. Your results are very much attainable using no drugs or real supliments... just a little hard work. I've seen no evidence that 1-AD exhibits any signifigant anabolic effect... thus it is very likely that you simply believed it would help you, thus you trained harder, and pushed yourself to make the gains subconsiously.

I totally understand where you are coming from...but strength gains like that only came after taking the 1-ad...the 2-3 yrs prior that i was lifting and wasnt on anything where no where close to that. Also...in 2 years i gained 16 lbs before using 1-ad...the FIRST cycle i did of 1-ad (ONLY 4 WEEKS) i put 16lbs on...

Gains have only gotten better after every cycle....
After my personal experience, im saying it does have an effect.
