Just bought an abtronic

I just recieved my Abtronic and let me tell you after the first night of wearing it and doing some of the exercises my abs hurt!! This thing really seems to work! I used it on my upper, lower abs and obliques. I did a whole workout while watching a movie. It goes to level 10 and I was hurting at level 5. Cool shit.

Dude..Screw anyone that says anything. I am telling you it works. I also use to take EMS (Electonic Muscle Stimulation) years ago for therapy. The first time I used it on my arms the lady told me to hold my hands together tightly. I didn't take her advice and when she turned the system on I socked myself in the face twice!! Blackened my eye and everything!

Hey Crimson their ain't nothin wrong with using an EMS , just say it is cause you spend so much time lifting at the gym you ain't got time to do abs.
