dont forget to aspirate!... pulled back today on a quad inject and the blood just rushed into the barrel... pulled out and pinned an inch above and that spot was g2g...
this is only the second time this has happend to me, but i have only ran three cycles... ...only happens on quad injects so far so newbs hitting quads may want to take caution and do it right... when this happens its just comfirmation to me that all my reaserch and time spent on this site is definately worthwhile...
...now its time to do some heavy fucking deadlifts
...and if you are unsure if you are in a vein, believe me... you will know FOR SURE no doubt at all as the deep red blood will rush in...
