just a few questions i cant anwer..

hi... i have some question that i cant find an answer. Firstly, does you sleeping/resting/recovering position effect the way your muscles grow? For example, if i tuck one of my hand under my pillow, will my muscles grow differently since its squeezed and compressed under my pillow. Another question is that is sleeping 6 hours recommended strait after an hour of power training or must i wait awhile first for my muscles to stretch or something like that? help..... anyone?

Sleeping is sleeping in my opinion, sleeping is muscle recovery and allows time for repairs and growth which takes place when you rest. ~8hrs sleep is good.
Also, how you sleep, i.e. tucking one of my hand under my pillow, won't make any difference in terms of muscle growth and recovery cos imagine i did a back workout and that night I have to sleep on my front cos lying on my back will inhibit muscle growth, nah thats rubbish. IMO as long as you get decent number of hours sleeping then how you sleep wont affect muscle growth and recovery.

And sleeping with 3 triples that frost! And increases protein synthesis. I have heard of people recovering from the most intense squat days in 1 hr when sleeping with multiple hotties.

If you ever start sleeping with a set of hot triplets you can just stop working out. You will be the man FOREVER! ahahha

On a serious note, as long as you get at least 7 hours you should be alright. Obviously 8-9 would be better, but many of us with jobs and families find 7 hard enough sometimes. The 2 times that you really do release the most growth hormone naturaly though are during a heavy heavy workout, and during deep sleep.
