I heard from a trainer that jumping is a fast way to increase muscle. When you do your dumbbell curl on the way down go really slow(like slo mo). And only do this for a week. What do you guys think? Actually work or not?
it's called plyometrics...a quick eccentric contarction followed by a quick concentric. I'm not sure about using it as a mass builder but it could help with over-all power
if you do them properly you will find yourself getting pretty sore for a few days. Once a week is enough, depends on the person
It's not something you do all the time though
