'Jump' is a dance step to heavy beat techno/industrial (Jekyl and Hyde for example) It has specific steps and appears to be real popular here. Basically you do a lot of jumping and moving your feet around but not much happens with the upper body. Sorta reminds me of a combo between the 'Pogo' we did in the early 80's and an Irish Jig.

The music channel here even broadcasts lessons on how to do it.
