Juicing for natural competitions

I'm competing in a physique show march 30th. it's a tested natural competition. It's my first competition and I don't want to lose. I know with certain esters I could juice right up to the show. I just want some experienced advice on the matter and any good ideas on how I could go about it. I do have a trainer for contest prep diet an all.
