I started training in Judo....and my lats are REALLLL sore. Im sure its from all the throwing and submission attempts....but didnt think they would be this sore
 
You'll get sore in some weird places man. If you want to dominate in judo, find yourself a good olympic lifting coach.
 
i jsut started a style of kung fu called wing chun, it's supposed to be really good for real-life situations/street fights. i thought i was in really good shape till i showed up to that class. doing 100 punches followed by 100 kicks followed by 25 pushups left my dying and struggling to finish my last pushup. damn good cardio.
