judging protein intake needs

i know it seems people are quick to judge everyones protein intake needs as simple formula anywhere form 1.5-2.5 grams per pound of lean mass....however i've noticed that i can eat anywhewre from only about 200 grams a day for a few weeks, then 300 grams a day for a few weeks and feel zero difference in gains while i'm on (in case your wondering...750-500mg test a week, 4 weeks of anavar and 6 weeks of winny, i'm 5'10. 230lbs, 11-12% bf). This leads me to believe that some people perhaps utilize the protein they do take very effeciently and that excess protein wil not only serve as overkill but lead to excess fat retention....any other suggestions? just a personal observation on my part
 
This is because 100mg of protein when on the shit is not that big of a change. I actually take around 3mg per pound and sometimes more............I notice........Try a high end intake and see what happens bro.:D
 
i'd rather not put on more than like 20lbs in 6 weeks or so..as soon as i pass the 225-230lbs mark i don;t think i look aesthetically pleasing or as functional in sports
 
Get some ginger root. It is cheap, and will help you digest more protein. This may get you that extra 100 grams of protein a day when you move up to 300grams.
