i know it seems people are quick to judge everyones protein intake needs as simple formula anywhere form 1.5-2.5 grams per pound of lean mass....however i've noticed that i can eat anywhewre from only about 200 grams a day for a few weeks, then 300 grams a day for a few weeks and feel zero difference in gains while i'm on (in case your wondering...750-500mg test a week, 4 weeks of anavar and 6 weeks of winny, i'm 5'10. 230lbs, 11-12% bf). This leads me to believe that some people perhaps utilize the protein they do take very effeciently and that excess protein wil not only serve as overkill but lead to excess fat retention....any other suggestions? just a personal observation on my part
