it was fun...i made turkey chili and watched the GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEMEN beat up on the cowboys.  the woman was non thrilled and read her book as i clapped and cursed lol.  very unromantic...i didn't even get anniversary head or anything cool like that

chest ****absolutely hate training chest b/c of my shoulders!
- hammer strength 4x15,12,8,6
- incline smith machine  135x20, 155x15, 175x12, 185x10, 205x3 racked it b/c my shoulders felt extremely uncomfortable...if my shoulders felt good would have been able to do 7 easy
-db flyes  20x15, 25x12, 30x8  ran the rack on these....maybe about 15 seconds rest in btwn tops.  
-cable crossovers  1x12
pretty pissed b/c i knew i could do more and my chest needed to do more but y shoulders saidd enough for today....so i went and trained back like a mad man!
back
- pull ups did this with palms facing each other...much harder i think then wide grips i think.  3x15,11,9  waited about 1 minute in between...was very surprised i got 9 on the last one since my rest period was short.
- seatd rows  120x15, 140x12, 165x9
- hammer strength rows  3x15,12,10
- lat spreads (no clue what the name of this exercise is lol)  1x15
calves 
 leg press machine 180x15, 230x12, 270x12
abs
- hanging leg raises  3x15-20
- rope crunches 3x25  actually lowered the weight and did more reps instead of 12 concentrated ones where i hold for 3 seconds...def felt better for some reason.
