Home maybe SObyjpt said:ok...so i haven't really said anything to anyone yet but i sort of quit drinking for a little while. i haven't had a sip of alcohol in 8 days.....i want to see if i can do it! it's def going to be hard...this weekend i turned my phone off and enjoyed it with my woman. we read, we played cards, a little ps2, i cooked some nice dinners etc....no wine...it was great. not sure how long i can keep it up, but i going to try! this saturday will be a test as i already paid for an open bar party.....hopefully i can resist temptation! wish me luck!!
today's diet
meal 1 ON whey shale with 1/2 cup of oats
meal 2 6oz tyson frozen teriyaki breasts ( these were pretty cheap and plus they are easy for me...just pop in the microwave at workmacros 260 cals 38p 9fat 10carbs sodium is extremely high though..like 900mg drinking almost 2 gallons of water a day now so this shouldn't be too much of a concern as this is really the only high sodium meal i'll have)
meal 3 steamed chicken with peppers and brown rice
meal 4 1 can of tuna
PWO shake On whey with banana, strawberries and 1/2 cup of oats
meal 5 grilled chicken and green beans
meal 6 1 oz of almonds
